KYC Onboarding

This page guides you through the KYC onboarding process. You can save and resume progress at any time.

Start Onboarding

Choose a policy you want to onboard for with and click Start onboarding.

As you progress, your dashboard shows your status updates and the actions available.

Not started: Start onboarding Started not completed: Continue onboarding Pending approval: Submitted and in review, no action required Permission granted: go get credentials Application rejected: you can contact us

1. Choose individual as the entity type

2. Complete the short form

We save your progress when you click Next, allowing you to return later and continue where you left off.

3. Review your information before submitting the form

Ensuring the correctness of your data is crucial, as no further changes can be made once the onboarding process is completed. If you spot any errors during this final review, you can navigate back and make the necessary corrections.
