Manage Multiple Entities

For Keyring Pro: Perform KYB onboardings for multiple entities within a larger organisation.

Users with access to Keyring Pro have the option to manage multiple entities in the side navigation. An entity functions as a sub-account, allowing to KYB multiple subsidiaries within a larger corporate organisation.

Users can click on the dropdown menu to rename the current entity, add a new entity, or select a different entity. Changing the selected entity will update the onboarding status shown for each policy, as this status is specific to the individual entity.

By default, one entity is always selected.
