Why did we choose this framework?

Our system facilitates the programmatic creation of rule sets with a high degree of granularity. It is:

• Adaptable: To use cases, transaction parameters and legal environments.

• Future-proof: Upgradable, accommodating evolving rules and types of credentials.

• Dynamic: Compliance is not immutable, refresh rates enforce monitoring.

Rules can also facilitate tiered access e.g. no checks for transactions below a certain threshold (to buy a cup of coffee) but Investor Accreditation required to trade derivative products.

How is data "reusable"?

• Once a user is onboarded for a Policy, we can instantly match the criteria (rules) they met against other Policies to give them 1-click access to new use cases. The underlying data can be transfered to the new Policy or not depending on the use case.

• Conversely, we can cluster users by Attributes and instantly let Policy Owners identity qualified user pools.

We believe this fosters a flexible and interconnected environment where different permissioning levels can seamlessly operate across ecosystems.
